ATTACK ON OUR MISSION BASE

Still trying to cope with the work after the demise of our Daddy, the unexpected happened. In the mood of thanksgiving for God’s awesomeness and the great experience we had during our 2019 Week of Missions in May, came the clash between Kona people and the Fulani militants. About thirteen Kona villages were burnt down by these militants and a lot of the Kona people lost their lives.
Unfortunately, our mission base in Murkuni village was not spared by the Fulani militants in their attack on Kona people. The mission base was burnt down. Properties worth some hundred thousand dollars were destroyed in the base. Our continuity didn’t look feasible.
The following and many more not covered are the pictures of some of the facilities before and after the destruction.
